Neck pain can happen to us all. We can simply wake up having 'slept funny' or we might just find that are movement is getting less and less - come to us to help you get to the bottom of it and improve your neck health

Elbow pain: physiotherapy can help with a large number of elbow issues. Elbow pain can come from a number of different sources, Tennis/Golfers elbow, dislocations, Cubital tunnel syndrome, Olecranon bursitis and distal bicep tendinopathies and tears


Knee Pain: we deal with lots of knee issues, including ligament tears, meniscus injuries and bursitis. Including those that have have orthopeadic involvement such as ACL repairs and knee replacements.
A large number of people also suffer from Osteoarthritis which is a joint disease that happens when your protective cartilage wears away leaving you stiff and in pain. Physiotherapy has been shown to be a key component for treating the debilitating condition.

Shoulder problems: both young and older individuals can develop rotator cuff injuries due to muscle imbalances and poor technique. Let us help you to recover fully from your injury and source any further help or investigation if needed. Shoulder issues can include, arthritis, impingement, tendonitis, bursitis, frozen shoulder, and muscle tears to name a few.

Headaches can be from a number of different sources that physiotherapy can help with. Cervicogenic - Pain referred from the neck. Tension - Often caused by Stress or poor posture. Migraine - Can be helped with managing neck triggers and relaxation techniques.

Back Pain: a lot of patients suffer back problems due to poor working/lifestyle habits. These can develop further and become chronic if not treated appropriately. Though a large amount are easily solvable.

Foot Pain can have a huge impact upon our daily life. They can stop us enjoying our social lives and restrict our activities, even impacting out ability to work. Common issues we regularly treat include, plantar fasciitis and stress fractures.
Ankle problems: ankle sprains occur generally through the rapid change of direction. They are notoriously dismissed by patients and healthcare professionals but in fact can lead to much greater problems in the future if not adequately rehabilitated. Other ankle issues commonly treated through physiotherapy include Achilles tendinopathies and post-fracture rehab.

Hip pain can affect both the young and the older generations, such as hip arthritis and impingement issues. We treat many individuals who are suffering arthritis and are not ready for and operation through to those recovering from surgery. Impingements can cause a lot of pain and restriction in the hip joint and can impact significantly on people's active lifestyles.
