Service Description
Free triage sessions. You will need to fully fill out the form prior to the session so that we don't spend the short session times noting down these things. I will review symptoms and give basic advice. You need to be happy that this is in a 'public space' and that in the limited time a full assessment is not possible. I will advise if this requires a follow up session.
